beautiful details calm area added bonus excellent breakfast
The hotel design features beautiful details. Its location is very close to Alexanderplatz but remains a calm area. The bar included performances and this provided an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.
The pillows were not ideal. They felt overly large and sleeping on them was difficult.

The breakfast selection had very wide variety. It included many different items. The staff packed takeaway with sandwiches, cheeses, lunch meats, and fruits for my early flight.

Acceptable stay with a pillow problem
lumpy pillows impolite staff
The location was close to the M2 tram line, a definite plus.
The pillows provided were lumpy and substandard. I ended up not using them at all. The staff seemed impolite (maybe they were just having a bad day, but I still noticed).

amazing experience great cocktails friendly service
My experience included a great bar with great service. Eric, the bartender. He goes above and beyond to.). Great cocktails and conversation added much to the atmosphere.
The pillows had many bumps. I had to sleep without them.

super cozy stay
helpful staff public transport restaurant suggestions healthy options
knut and david helped me with all my questions i received tips on public transportation. they offered suggestions for restaurants i could visit and even told me about hidden gems. breakfast was really good too i enjoyed the healthy options.
the minibar was not refilled daily so i had to buy drinks outside the hotel.

this location provides easy access to local restaurants it is also near public transportation options. i found it easy to walk to christmas markets from the hotel, a plus. various attractions were easily accessible too.

the room design included nice details it felt warm and cosy when the temperature dropped. the room felt large enough for my needs and i liked the interior design choices. the hotel fulfilled my bed request.

breakfast was a standout with a wide selection i found it quite excellent. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options it helped start my day well. i also visited the wine bar it was very comfortable.
